Our commitment to your satisfaction extends beyond the point of delivery. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you are welcome to return it in its original new and unused condition within 30 days of the shipping date, for a full refund or exchange - free of charge, no questions asked. Your satisfaction remains our utmost priority.
Return & Exchange Policy
We accept returns for refund or exchange within 30 days of shipment from our facility. We will send you a fully insured, free shipping label via email within 3 business days of your return request.
Please be aware that, to qualify for a return, items must be in their original new and unused condition, including all accompanying product documentation, and must be returned to us within 30 days. Items that show signs of wear or have been altered by a jeweler other than AURONIA will not be eligible for return.
Upon receiving your returned order, our Quality Assurance team will carefully inspect the item(s) to ensure they are in original, new and unused condition and verify that all product documentation is included before processing your refund.
Which Products Are Ineligible for Return or Exchange?
- Special orders are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange. However, you retain the right to return your order even if the ring size, color, purity and stone size has been adjusted, or the stone setting for Wedding Rings has been removed - and no engraving is added.
- Rings that have been resized or modified by a jeweler other than AURONIA.
- Any orders that were altered while in process.
- Packages shipped beyond the 30-day return period.
- Packages that are improperly packaged or uninsured will not be accepted.
Instructions for Returns & Exchanges
A return or exchange can be initiated by phone (1-904-515-5782) or email ([email protected]) for all eligible orders.
- Please call us at 1-904-515-5782 or email us at [email protected] to start the process:
- Providing order details such as Order Number, Bill-to Name, Purchase Date will expedite the process.
- We will provide you with a free FedEx or UPS return shipping label.
- Pack your item(s) securely:
- Place your rings back in the original packaging.
- Include all accompanying product documentation.
- Please seal the box securely and ensure that any old addresses or barcodes are removed or marked out.
- Attach the FedEx or UPS label to the exterior of the box.
- Send your package - FedEx label:
- Find a FedEx Staffed location by first searching for your zip code and then filtering to “Shipping assistance”.
- Please obtain a FedEx receipt to confirm that your item has been shipped, as this receipt will serve as proof of insurance. Please note that AURONIA and FedEx cannot be held responsible for packages left in FedEx Drop Boxes or at non-FedEx staffed locations.
- Send your package - UPS label:
- Find a UPS Staffed location by first searching for your zip code and then filtering to “Staffed Locations”.
- Please obtain a UPS receipt to confirm that your item has been shipped, as this receipt will serve as proof of insurance. Please note that AURONIA and UPS cannot be held responsible for packages left in UPS Drop Boxes or at non-UPS staffed locations.
Once Your Return Has Been Received
Our Quality Assurance team will confirm that the order is eligible for return and received items are in original, unworn condition. Returns are processed on weekdays. Kindly allow 5 to 12 business days for the completion of this process.
Refunds
Your refund will be credited back to the original method of payment used for the purchase. For Credit Cards, please allow 4-7 business days for the funds to appear in your account. Orders paid for through PayPal will be credited back to your PayPal account within two weeks.
Exchanges
Once details of your exchange are discussed and confirmed with our Customer Service we will start processing your exchange order. You will receive a shipping confirmation email on the day of the outbound shipment.
